Frequently Asked Questions

VENUE COST:

Saturday Event: $3000                                   Sunday Event: $3500

Venue Fee Includes:
*CEREMONY SITE:  Grassy Lawn Area, Lightly Forested Area, or Flat Area (requires tent for shade and lighting).
*RECEPTION SITE:  Can be same as ceremony site or can be staged in another location on the farm.
*SPECIAL DAY PREPARATION:  Bride, Bridesmaids, and Mothers of the Couple have use of our beautiful mountain-style home for preparation before the wedding (2 hours).
* REHEARSAL/SET-UP:  On the day before the ceremony–afternoon/evening (2 hours)
*DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:  $1000 refundable security deposit to reserve Apple Blossom Farm for the special day.  Once this is secured, a contract will be given.  To confirm the reservation, we will need a signed contract and 1/2 the site fee In addition to the refundable $1000 security fee.  Final payment must be received 30 days prior to the event.

  1. Hello: I am helping a friend plan her wedding for fall 2016. I was wondering, after reading you contract and other information, how much it costs to rent the farm. I saw the deposit, de second fee the endurance, but I couldn’t t find the price to rent the facilities. Thank you very much and have a great day!
